Wholesome food for the bub!
Ingredients (serves 5)
- 1/4 Whole pumpkin including skin and seeds
Method
- Cook the whole pumpkin including skin and seeds in a slowcooker for 4 hours.
- Blend well and serve.
Notes
Including pumpkin skin and seeds in the puree increase the nutrient amount tremendously. After blending them together the puree becomes so smooth and you can barely notice the skin and seeds. This is how I give my bub her pumpkin :) Hope you guys like it!
