These simple paleo bars are easy to make, and great to eat at work!
Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 8-10 bars )
- 1/2 cup fresh dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Method
- Blend the dates with the coconut oil until smooth.
- Add the almonds and coconut and mix.
- Spread onto baking paper on a tray and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Notes
You can also add some peppermint or mint essence for a minty snack!
