Nice chiffon cake for morning tea.
Ingredients (makes 1 cake)
- 5 Egg yolk
- 20 gr Sugar
- 50 gr Corn oil
- 70 gr Pandan Water
- 100 gr Plain flour
- 1/4 tbs Pandan paste
- 5 Egg white
- 70 gr Sugar
- 10 gr Corn flour
Method
- Whisk egg yolk and sugar ( 20gr ) until creamy. Add in corn oil and pandan water, mix well.
- Fold in flour and pandan paste mix well. Set aside.
- Beat egg white, sugar and corn flour until soft peak form. Fold in egg white mixture into egg yolk mixture, mix well.
- Pour into 20" baking pan. Bake at pre heat oven at 160C for 45 minutes.
