A quick and easy lunch box filler.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1-2 tbls Popcorn kernels
  • 1 Brown paper bag

Method

  1. Place popcorn in bag. Ensure it is fairly flat and fold down the top of the bag.
  2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until the popcorn is all popped. Cooking times will vary depending on your microwave, so it may take a few tries to work out the best timing. Mine takes 1.15 minutes.
  3. Keep it plain or add a sprinkle of salt or sugar.

  • Noooooo. Does this work? I’m definitely going to try 🙂
