An easy porridge that will keep you satisfied throughout the day.


Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored & grated
  • 1/4 cup sultanas or raisins
  • 1 tblsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tblsp honey
  • 600ml water
  • 100ml milk

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients except the milk into the inner pot.
  2. Close the lid, press the STEW button & set time for 20 minutes. Press START.
  3. After 15 minutes, add the milk, close the lid & let cooking time finish. Serve with extra milk & maple syrup or honey if desired.
