Great for birthday parties

Ingredients (makes 24 )

  • 1kg Puff pastry
  • 1kg little frankfurts
  • 500g Grated cheese
  • sesame seeds to garnish
  • 1 egg to brush the top of pastry

Method

  1. Cut the puff pastry into 4 squares
  2. put the frankfurt and some grated cheese in the middle of one of the squares of puff pastry and then roll it up and flat out edges and tops and bottoms so it cant all burst out when baking
  3. Brush the top of them with egg, put some sesame seeds on top And bake until golden brown

Notes

My children love these and if you can get the frankfurts with the orange skin they are best but the others are just as good :)

  • I am going to give these a try.

  • These are cute. Not something I’ve ever tried, but could have been a hit at my son’s birthday parties if I’d known.
