Pine orange rum sorbet

5 Ingredients

Ingredients

1 pineapple diced and frozen
2 oranges, juiced
2 cups ice
30ml rum, or more if you want it stronger
2 tbls sugar

Method

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Transfer to a container with a tight fitting lid and place in the freezer until completely frozen, at least 8 hours. The sorbet will keep for up to 1 month.

I dont drink so there is no alcohol in the house. Sounds great for guest but Id have to buy a bottle of rum…lol

Oh yum. This is an adult version of a refreshing summer desert. I’ll definitely be trying this with a squeeze of lime and maybe a bit of mint too.
