A very simple but tasty cake to make


Ingredients (makes 10 slices)

  • 2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 440g tin crushed pineapple in syrup or juice, undrained

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined
  3. Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 55-60 minutes.
