Ingredients (makes 12 Pie)

  • 12 pcs Shortcut pastry
  • 200 gr Pineapple jam
  • 250 gr Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 80 gr Sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tbs Salt
  • 60 ml Fresh milk

Method

  1. Filling each shortcut pastry with pineapple jam on the surface.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and fresh milk until smooth. Pour into the top.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 150 degree for 30 minutes or until golden.

  • Oh wow, it’s kind of like a cheesecake.
    I thought it was a different sort of cheese when I read the name of it. Hubby would like this I think as he is a big fan of pineapple.
