This sorbet is quick & easy – a very refreshing dessert!
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 2 x 400 gram tins Pineapple (retain the juice)
- 6 Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Blend the tinned pineapple (including the juice) with the fresh mint. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for approx. 25 mins until a thick consistency.
- This is nice with a splash of Midori Liquor (for the adults only) or a small scoop with a glass of champagne.
