I ordered this pomegranate, avocado and goats cheese on sourdough from a cafe some time back and decided to make it myself.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 slices Toasted sourdough bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Pomegranates
- 1/2 cup Goats cheese
- 2 tsp Almonds
- 2 tsp Pistachio nuts
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 wedges Lemon
Method
- Mash avocado, crush nuts.
- Toast bread and top with avocado, goats cheese, nuts and pomegranate.
- Sprinkle paprika on side of plate and serve with a wedge of lemon.
Notes
Your mouth will have a party as the textures and flavours are exciting.
