Easy pork belly
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 KG Pork Belly
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Rock Salt
Method
- Heat up Airfryer to 200 degrees
- Score the pork belly skin at roughly 1 cm intervals Dry the pork belly with paper towel or put in the fridge uncovered for a few hours to dry out
- Rub the olive oil and salt in to the pork belly skin
- Once the Airfyer has heated up cook the pork belly in the Airfryer for 30 minutes. Turn the Airfryer to 190 and cook for a further 15 minutes.

A great way to cook pork belly with only minimal cleaning and with the added bonus of not having to clean your oven
