Serve hot with chili sauce.
Ingredients (makes 8 Dumpling)
- 100 gr Wheat flour
- 50 gr Tapioca flour
- 150 ml Hot water
- 1 packet Pork floss
Method
- Combine wheat flour and tapioca flour in a big bowl. Stir in the hot water slowly and stir until turned into soft dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth. Divide dough into 8 dough balls and cover with damp cloth.
- Roll each into flat round pastry skin and place in the filling. Place them into the steamer tray. Then steam for 10 minutes and serve hot.
