I dashed into IGA, grabbed everything I needed and whipped up this prawn salad wreath… because why not make something easy look like you spent hours on it?
No seafood counter chaos.
No circling a carpark for half your life.
No wilted produce!

Ingredients
- 1 iceberg or baby cos lettuce
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 500g IGA pre-cooked prawns
- dressing or dipping sauce from the prawn pack, or lemon and olive oil if you want to fancy it up
Method
- Shape your greens into a wreath, layer the prawns, drizzle dressing, add avo + cucumber and BOOM it's Christmas magic with zero stress.
Plus swing by the IGA liquor store too and grab some bubbles to compliment the salad. $30 bucks all up is an absolute win in my opinion for this time of year. This is your Christmas Eve solved!
