Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500 gram beef mince
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbls curry powder
- 1 cup fruit chutney
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- rice or pasta to serve
Method
- Brown mince in a lightly oiled pan, with onion and curry powder.
- Add chutney, water and vegetables. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice or pasta.
