A quick, no bake recipe that uses only 2 ingredient and is a much healthier option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup Medjool dates

Method

  1. Remove seeds from dates
  2. Pop macadamias and dates in the blender and blitz well.
  3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press mixture into tin. Pop in freezer. When set, cut into pieces.

Notes

You can do a nut free version by replacing the macadamias with 1 cup of tahini.

  • my mouth is watering, i love that this only has 2 ingredients. Caramel is one of my favourite flavours, it is to die for and always a rewarding treat. Macadamia nuts would give it an extra bit of flavour too. This is something i could make and keep in the fridge for those after dinner treats.
