A quick, no bake recipe that uses only 2 ingredient and is a much healthier option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup Medjool dates

Method

  1. Remove seeds from dates
  2. Pop macadamias and dates in the blender and blitz well.
  3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press mixture into tin. Pop in freezer. When set, cut into pieces.

Notes

You can do a nut free version by replacing the macadamias with 1 cup of tahini.
