A quick and easy snack of healthy vegetables and spices!


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup sweet potatoe
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • to taste black pepper
  • dash apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. Chop and fry onion with spices in olive oil.
  2. Soften sweet potato and cauliflower (in microwave or pan if preferred).
  3. Add softened vegetables and kale to the spices and onion.
  4. Add a dash of apple cider vinegar.
