These bliss balls are yum!
Ingredients (serves 10)
- 1/2 cup Chia cacao bites
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup medjool dates
- 1/4 cup sultanas or craisins
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (Optional)
Method
- Place the sunflower seeds in food processor and blitz on high for 1 minute. Add the rest of the dry ingredients, dates/fruit and blitz for a further minute.
- Add vanilla, rice malt and maple and process until it comes together. Approx 30 seconds. (if your mix is too dry try adding a tbsp of coconut oil)
- Wet hands and roll into balls. Toss in coconut and refrigerate.
Notes
If you substitute coconut oil for the rice malt ensure the balls are eaten straight from the fridge.
