Refreshing morning green smoothie!

5 minutes
Difficulty Easy
6 Ingredients

This is a great juice/smoothie for the morning. My husband, 1 year old and I all have one to start our day! You can alter ingredient amounts to your taste but make sure you use lots of ice! Much better cold 🙂

Ingredients (serves 1)

1 Peeled and chopped Apple ( I use green)
1/4 Cucumber - peeled and chopped
3-4 Mint leaves
Squeeze Fresh lemon juice
1 cup Water
Handful Ice

Method

Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Gobble down and feel detoxed and refreshed for the day!

Oh this is very similar to one I used to make, I also added ginger.
