Ingredients (makes 1 Wreath)

  • Fresh rosemary
  • Olives
  • Feta

Method

  1. Using the fresh rosemary, make a circle on a platter or plate.
  2. Arrange the olives and feta attractively on top.
  3. You could easily add other antipasto sides to this platter and serve herb or garlic bread in the centre.

  • I really love feta and olives

  • This certainly adds a bit of pizzazz to a centrepiece dish. Rosemary is so easy to grow and have on hand when you need it.

  • Clever I will have to do this with my rosemary bush outside. It makes a change from just dishing olives up in a dish.
