Makes a great gift

Ingredients (makes 4 Logs)

  • 1 pack Mint slice biscuits
  • 520g Pink and white marshmallows
  • 250g Dark cooking chocolate
  • 250g Milk cooking chocolate
  • 1 pack Glace cherries
  • 1 tin Condensed milk

Method

  1. Coarsely chop biscuits, marshmallows and cherries
  2. Melt the chocolates following instructions on the pack
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  4. Lay out 4 sheets of glad wrap. Divide the mixture between each sheet and roll out into logs a d wrap in the glad wrap
  5. Refrigerate logs for several hours before slicing the logs.
