A quick smash up for finger feeding tots.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/4 avocado (diced)
  • 3 diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small tin (95g) boneless salmon in olive oil
  • 1-2 pieces rye cruskits (to serve)

Method

  1. Smash avocado, tomatoes and drained salmon together.
  2. Serve in balls for bub as a finger food, on a spoon or on cruskits.

  • This is a great snack for adults too!
