A nice dinner dish for the discerning toddler!


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 Sheet of shaved smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon Tinned red kidney beans
  • 1 tablespoon Puréed carrot

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small ramekin and shred in salmon
  2. Bake in a hot oven for two minutes or until warm
  3. Smash mash with a fork to desired consistency

Notes

I would recommend introducing the salmon gradually as it is quite strong tasting
