A nice dinner dish for the discerning toddler!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/2 Sheet of shaved smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoon Cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon Tinned red kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon Puréed carrot
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small ramekin and shred in salmon
- Bake in a hot oven for two minutes or until warm
- Smash mash with a fork to desired consistency
Notes
I would recommend introducing the salmon gradually as it is quite strong tasting
