Ingredients (serves 2)
- 200gm diced salmon
- 150gm chopped spinach
- 1 egg white
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Steam and salmon and spinach. Set aside.
- In a pan, scramble egg white. When it is done, throw in salmon and spinach and stir for a few minutes.
- Serve with lemon juice :) Season with salt and pepper as per liking.
