Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 3/4 cup Red and Green M&Ms
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method

  1. Preheat Oven to 180 degrees
  2. Pour All Ingriedients out of jar and into a mixing bowl
  3. Mix in 1 lightly whisked egg, 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence and 1/2 cup of soft butter
  4. Mix all together using clean hands & Make small 20c size round balls
  5. Put on Baking Paper Lined Tray -Approx 5cm apart
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes
  7. Let sit on the bench to harden

  • Awww what a fantastic idea. I might have to make one of these up for my elf on the shelf to give to the kids Christmas eve. Then we can bake the cookies together and leave them out for Santa. They are his favourite after all and the elf would know.
