So easy and the kids love it.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 cups shell pasta
- small tin Sweet corn
- hand full shallots
- hand full bean sprouts
- hand full diced capsicum
- hand full diced onion
- pinch salt n pepper
- coleslaw dressing
Method
- Cook pasta. Rinse in cold water. Drain then put in a large bowl.
- Chop up vegetables. Add to bowl. Add salt n pepper to taste.
- Add coleslaw dressing. Mix then chill before serving.
Notes
Also nice with chick peas and baby Spinach. :-)
