Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 cups shell pasta
  • small tin Sweet corn
  • hand full shallots
  • hand full bean sprouts
  • hand full diced capsicum
  • hand full diced onion
  • pinch salt n pepper
  • coleslaw dressing

Method

  1. Cook pasta. Rinse in cold water. Drain then put in a large bowl.
  2. Chop up vegetables. Add to bowl. Add salt n pepper to taste.
  3. Add coleslaw dressing. Mix then chill before serving.

Notes

Also nice with chick peas and baby Spinach. :-)
