It has a hint of heat and a very full bodied flavour with the combination of the garlic and balsamic the smokey salt and oil just adds a richness . Really healthy
Ingredients (serves 2)
- chia seeds 1tbs
- 2 cups chopped iceberg lettace
- 1 tomato finely wedged
- 2tbs pickled jalapeño chillies
- 1tbs cruched garlic
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño juice
- 2tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 5tps smoked himalayan salt
- 4 tbs smoked ovile oil
- 1/4 cup chopped rocket
- 1 tbs finley chopped parsley
Method
- Combine and mix all ingredients into a bowl and serve
