So quick & simple for seafood lovers.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 125 grams Raw prawns
- 125 grams Marinara mix
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 Lemon
Method
- Make sure seafood is thawed before cooking.
- Preheat frypan and add garlic and seafood, whilst cooking squeeze on lemon juice.
- Cook for approx 6 minutes.
Notes
Garlic & lemon juice can be adjusted to suit taste. Is also nice with chilli.
