These beef wraps are a quick, easy and family friendly dinner.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 kg chuck steak
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Method
- Place chuck steak, chicken stock, chilli, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Take meat out of the slow cooker, place in a bowl and shred with two forks.
- Serve the shredded beef in wraps with your cheese, your favourite salad and natural yoghurt/sour cream.
