Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 piece of toast
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1 soft boiled egg
Method
- Cook your toast to your liking.
- Spread with half the avocado and mash down with a fork.
- Top with the halved egg.
Notes
Sprinkle with lemon pepper for an added zing.
