These are a great snack for little ones.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 Apple
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • Water

Method

  1. Peel the apple and slice into strips.
  2. Place in bowl and almost cover with water. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. When done drain water. To cool quickly pour cold water on top of apples and drain again. Enjoy.

  • Maybe I should do this for my foster daughter with Russell Silver Syndrome who has some feeding problems.. She likes apples but had just quite some teeth removed and can’t eat the crunchy apples.
