Quick and simple meal for lunch.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 tbs Soy sauce
- 1/2 big Onion, sliced
- 2 stalk Fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbs Vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt for taste
Method
- Heat oil in a saucepan or wok, add onion sauté until fragrant.
- Add tomato, bean sprouts, coriander, soy sauce and salt. Stir fry about 1 - 2 minutes. Serve hot.
