Quick and simple meal for lunch.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 bag Bean sprouts
  • 1 tbs Soy sauce
  • 1/2 big Onion, sliced
  • 2 stalk Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbs Vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt for taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan or wok, add onion sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add tomato, bean sprouts, coriander, soy sauce and salt. Stir fry about 1 - 2 minutes. Serve hot.

  • Hmmm… seems a little on the boring side, but very healthy!

  • I just made this for dinner tonight & it was delicious.
    I used red capsicum, sugarsnap peas, red onion & corn kernals with the bean sprouts.
    It’s so light & can be interchanged with whatever your fav veggies are. So versatile.
