Clean strawberry chia jam without the rubbish
Ingredients (serves 10)
- 2 cups Ripe strawberries
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Rice malt syrup
Method
- Place strawberries in a blender and pulse until chopped. Add chia and rice malt syrup.
- Transfer to a small pan and slowly bring to boil. Reduce and allow to simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Place in a sterilised jar In the fridge.
Notes
This recipe is one of our favourites and great on gluten free toast.
