A healthy smoothie to start the day with.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon Acai powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds - mixed with a little water
  • 4 Ice cubes

Method

  1. Cut ends off strawberries, add to blender with Acai powder, chia seed mixed with water, yoghurt, milk & ice cubes.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds & enjoy

Notes

Alternatively you could replace strawberries with fruit of choice. I sometimes add LSA powder too.

  • My dad used to drink rice milk, I don’t think I have ever tried it though. Lovely smoothie recipe.
