A healthy smoothie to start the day with.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 6 Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Plain yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Rice milk
- 1 tablespoon Acai powder
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds - mixed with a little water
- 4 Ice cubes
Method
- Cut ends off strawberries, add to blender with Acai powder, chia seed mixed with water, yoghurt, milk & ice cubes.
- Blend for 30 seconds & enjoy
Notes
Alternatively you could replace strawberries with fruit of choice. I sometimes add LSA powder too.
