Quick, easy and self crusting, this tasty Pecan Pie will impress and keeps for a week.
Ingredients (serves 12)
- 23 Jatz biscuits crushed
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup vanilla castor sugar
Method
- Crush Jatz biscuits.
- Beat 3 egg whites and add sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased pie dish and cook for 25 minutes in a 200 degrees celsius oven.
- Allow to cool in the dish.
