Bite sized Tim Tam Cheesecake?! Yes please!
Ingredients (makes 32 bites)
- 1 packet Tim Tams - your choice of flavour
- 1 block cream cheese
- Melted chocolate to coat
Method
- Crush Tim Tams in a food processor until completely crushed
- Thoroughly stir in cream cheese until completely combined
- Line a slice tray with baking paper and then using a rolling pin roll the mixture into the tray until it is around 1cm thick all over
- Place into freezer for half an hour to harden
- Cut into bite sized pieces and coat in the melted chocolate
- Allow to set, and if you wish, pipe some contrasting melted chocolate on top
Notes
These are similar to the Tim Tam balls I have previously uploaded, but no where near as sweet, and with a cheesecake consistency and taste. You can use any flavour Tim Tam you want to. Mint and Original are the most popular that I have made. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days
