Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 150gm Freshly chopped spinach
  • 1 pack Noodles
  • 2 teaspoon Miso

Method

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to packet. Discard the water and set aside.
  2. In Another fresh pot of water, boil and throw in spinach. Cook for about 20 seconds then add in miso. Stir well and pour everything over the noodles.
  3. Serve with fresh herbs like coriander or parsley.
