Ingredients

  • 1 kg Yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can pineapple , chopped or crushed
  • 1 can mandarin segments
  • 1 can cocktail fruit salad well drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients well together except marshmallows, then lastly toss through the marshmallows.

Notes

coconut can be left out if you don't like coconut.

  • I’ve never tried ambrosia before so this looks interesting. I’m guessing you can use any kind of yoghurt?

  • I think I had something similar many years ago, but it was called ‘Heavenly Hash’. I remember the surprising combination of sour cream and marshmallow being very good.
