Difficulty Easy
5 Ingredients

Ingredients (serves 2)

1 cup Ice
1 cup Watermelon chunks
1 cup Star fruit diced
1/3 cup Fresh mint
1tsp Lime juice

Method

Place all diced or chopped ingredients into a blender or bar mix
Process until desired consistency is reached
Serve immediately in a tall glass

Notes

This is either a brilliant start to the day or the perfect cocktail base! Either way it is sure to freshen and liven you up! Perfect for the Australian summer festivities!
