I am dying to make apricot jam as I remember the beautiful jams my mum used to make. We have an apricot tree (the third one as they kept dying) but this year only had about 6 apricots. Maybe next year I’ll have lots of apricots and I will finally make jam. Thanks for this recipe it sounds perfect!
