Very quick and so simple. Keeps really well
Ingredients (makes 5 Jars)
- 4lbs Apricots
- 1 cup Water
- 6lbs Sugar
- 1 tbsp tartaric acid
Method
- Cook apricots in the water until they are mashy, Add the sugar and boil for 7 minutes
- Add tartaric acid and boil for 5 minutes.
- Let cool a little and then bottle and seal
