This vegan dish is full of olives because I am nuts about them. Feel free to reduce the amount if you feel it is too strong!
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 15 Kalamata olives
- 1 large Broccoli
- 1 cup Cooked brown rice
- 1/4 teaspoon Miso paste
- 1.5 cup water
Method
- Put all ingredients except miso paste in a medium pot. Simmer for 1 hour.
- Add in miso paste, stir and serve!
Notes
I blend this dish sometimes for my bub but without the olives :)
