Vegemite and cheese puffs are a great snack for kids and adults. Quick and easy to prepare!
Ingredients (makes 10 Pieces)
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- Vegemite
- 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 200c. Spread a layer of vegemite on one side of the pastry.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Roll up like a swiss roll and cut into 10 rounds.
- Bake 200C for 15-10 minutes until golden brown.
