Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 packet White Wings Cake in a Cup™ Salted Caramel & Choc Chip mix
- 2 tbsp (40ml) Milk
- 1 tbsp Chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp Toasted almond flakes
- 1 scoop Ice cream
- Caramel sauce
Method
- Combine 1 White Wings Cake in a Cup™ sachet and 2 tablespoons of milk in a microwave-safe mug
- Stir vigorously for 30 seconds with a spoon until evenly blended and smooth
- Fold through 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon of toasted almond flakes
- Microwave for 1 minute. Remove mug from microwave and let it stand before enjoying
- Finish with a scoop of your favourite ice cream
- Serving option: drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired
