Marshmallow Melt Cake in a Cup™

6 Ingredients

Ingredients (serves 1)

1 packet White Wings Cake in a Cup™ Double Chocolate mix
2 tbsp (40ml) Milk
1 tbsp Mini marshmallows
1 tbsp White chocolate chips
1 Scoop of ice cream
Chocolate sauce

Method

Combine 1 White Wings Cake in a Cup™ sachet with 2 tablespoons of milk in a microwave-safe mug
Stir vigorously for 30 seconds with a spoon until evenly blended and smooth
Fold through 1 tablespoon of mini marshmallows and 1 tablespoon of white chocolate chips
Microwave for 1 minute. Remove mug from microwave and let it stand before enjoying
Sprinkle a few marshmallows on top and add a scoop of your favourite ice-cream
Serving option: drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired

The thing I love most about these mug cakes is they are single serve. So there’s no wastage if one person has a craving

Its amazing how quick mug cakes took off and it was only a matter of time till companies that produce cake mixes jumped on board.

This looks very decadent and the marshmallows and white choc chips just add the delicious delight.
