Easy to prepare and attractive on the table !

Ingredients (serves 30 | makes 30 skewers)

  • 30 long bamboo skewers
  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 2 rockmelons
  • 1 pineapple
  • 2-3 punnets strawberries
  • 1punnet blueberries

Method

  1. Cut fruit up into chunks ( reserve 1/2 rockmelon for base )
  2. Thread onto skewers with the pointy end at the bottom. Any order that looks pretty... it's up to you !
  3. cover 1/2 rockmelon in foil
  4. Stick skewers all around rockmelon

Notes

You can use any combination of fruit. I also used a cookie cutter to make rockmelon "A"s for the birthday boy, to sit on top of some of the skewers .
