It’s a vicious cycle, I don’t exercise because sometimes I wee if I do any kind of high impact workout and then if I don’t exercise I don’t lose the weight meaning that the added pressure is placed on my bladder.
So then I wear a pad and I can’t exercise because it makes an already uncomfortable workout even more uncomfortable to perform.
Well I am happy to say that I can FINALLY ditch the excuse! The only discomfort I feel whilst working out is from the exercise itself.
There’s no scrunching or bunching no matter the position I’m in and I can perform a weighted squat or pick up a little one with complete confidence!

I’ve found the always discreet pad very comfortable to wear. Nobody knows I’m wearing a pad and I can go all day and not need to change my pad or underwear from leaks, even when exercising. I would recommend always discreet to anyone who has lbl or stress incontinence, it’s been a real life saver for me and I’m having less washing than I had before.. I experienced no leakage with these pads. Nor did the pad scrunch up by the end of the day, like other pads. When I did have an accident, it found it super absorbent. ‘They Taste Amazing, I’ll Definitely Be Stocking Up Again’
Having three young kids, juggling their commitments and her own as a school teacher means Kristie Young’s days revolve around snacking on-the-go.
