    Love how very thin it is but does it job perfectly. Bonus point that it is longer most than other brands as it gives you more coverage and more confidence that no leakage throughout the day

  • Simply the best..

    I found 'Always Discreet' pads the most comfortable pads I have ever used, very thin, and a good length, very discreet, secure fit, not noticed under clothing at all, no moving or bunching, very effective moisture and odour control, super absorbent, always feel fresh and dry.. Nice packaging, easy to use, pads have a nice, soft, subtle fragrance.. I will continue using, with confidence I am discreet and secure..

  • Pads with more than you would expect

    Always Discreet pads are just what their name says, discreet. You won’t even know you’re wearing one.

    They are comfortable to wear. No need for the extra ‘wings’, as the pads stay safely in place attached to your underwear. Now you can do those activities such as running, exercising etc. without the worry of the pad getting out of place.

    The liquid is locked inside and absorbed by its super absorbent core. The pad comes with a Leak Guard to help the wetness go away from the edges.

    The pads come in small, small plus and normal sizes. They are slim, yet very absorbent, and come with a lovely floral scent for odor control.

    Always Discreet even went one step further to design attractive individual packaging easy to carry in your handbag.

    Based on my own experience, Always Discreet pads exceeded my expectations.

    They did what they said they would. I felt confident wearing them. Even after running and other type of exercises, they stayed in place. I felt comfortable and protected from any leaks with their top layer quickly absorbing any fluid away from my body.

  • A comfortable surprise

    I have now used all the Always Discreet pads and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. That are dependable, comfortable and definitely discreet. They are all they promised to be, I was a little concerned that they didn’t have wings to hold them in place but this was never a problem. I will be recommending to family and friends

    This review shows me wearing Always discreet pads while doing some gardening and some exercising. Having a weakened bladder I was uncomfortable with the unexpected leakage, but since wearing Always Discreet Pads I feel confident, comfortable and ready to attack any work or exercise. These pads are designed to protect from any accidental leakages and eliminate the worry, discomfort or embarrassment that many of us 'mums' might have. Based on my own experience I can recommend these pads.

  • Daily woodworking chores wearing Always discreet pads

    In this review I was testing Always discreet pads while performing my daily chores. Whether I was loading the wood, pushing a heavy wheelbarrow, or carrying the wood which normally is an issue due to my weakened bladder, Always Discreet Pads did what they said they would. They protected me from any accidental leakages and I was able to continue working without a worry, discomfort or embarrassment. I even took my dog for a jog which we both enjoyed. I can confidentially recommend these pads.

  • Such a relief!

    Having had four kids, my pelvic floor isn’t as strong as it used to be and I get the occasional small leak.. I hadn’t really bothered with using a product to protect me, I would just change my underwear and move on. But Always Discreet has changed that! They are super thin and discreet and give me just the right level of protection.

    They were comfortable, stayed in place and left me feeling fresh and confident.

  • So Discreet and comfortable

    Always Discreet fit perfectly and is so comfortable that I hardly knew I was wearing it. I was confident to go out for the day without worrying about having an occasional leak. I also didn’t have to visit the bathroom every 5 minutes to check if I had a leak. With the odour control technology I was less conscious about bad odour and I was able to carry a spare discreetly in my bag. I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to buy Always Discreet keeping me Always confident.

    Always Discreet Liners fit perfectly inside your underwear. They are so comfortable to wear, you don't even notice you are wearing them. Each liner is very thin so you can't see it through tighter pants, there are no wings like some other brand panty liners have either which I think makes them more comfortable. Being thin I was worried about them not being absorbent enough but I needn't have been as they were perfect! Overall they have been amazing and I feel comfortable enough to wear them daily, I am definitely converted to these.

  • Have my life back

    Thankyou for my sample pack. To be honest I was a little skeptical at 1st. I went out for. dinnet the other night, the 1st time in alot of years, due to a leaky bladder. I wore leggings and just a blouse, and you definitely could NOT tell I was wearing 1. It left me feeling dry, no odour, discreet and very comfortable. After a very rushed hysterectomy due to Cervical, Ovarian and fallipan tube cancer, and having a catheter in for many many months afterwards, I lost full control over my bladder, and had to retrain it, but it never went back to normal, and I was ok with that, at least the cancer was gone. But it did leave me very self conscious and not wanting to go out anywhere. I tried other products, but none were exactly what I needed and didnt work right and were bulky and uncomfortable. I have let my mum and older sister know, as they too had the same problem with their bladders due to age, children and cancef.. Thank you for giving me my life back. Highly recommended xx

    These are awesome and made me a ruthless stressed about my leaky bladder.. I felt confident they would protect me through my eight hour shift. They are thin and pleasant smelling and don't feel like your even wearing them. Will buy again for sure.

  • Always Discreet Regular pad

    This product alone doesn't meet my need. I use it as a top layer to catch the leak, so I won't have to change the 2nd thicker pad & Depend underpants so many times.

    Its absorbency is not as satisfactory as I'd like it to be, but does perform slightly better than other brands I've tried.

    Not effective to catch all leak when used alone, as it keeps folding up on the sides due to its thiness. Have to keep adjusting to fold it down flat again & again. Also not wide enough to cover the full width of undies/underpants so doesn't prevent spillover.

    I was sceptical that these Always Discreet pads would work as they are so thin, but I was very presently surprised. The difference from my normal bulky pads was great, you hardly realised that you were wearing one. I will most definitely purchase them again and will most definitely recommend them to my friends.

  • Great Wgen you just don't make it to the loo in time!

    Thin, and great coverage. You won't need to keep spare undies in your bag or car anymorr. Now you only need one of these. It foldes neatly into your phone case, so even discreet in that sense. I shared my sample with my mum who was 100% sold! She thinks they are the best things since sliced bread. ( she is avCoeliac though). Truly great product.

    Very comfortable and very discreet, I am always worried if using products like these that people can tell, but not always discreet, I have the confidence to get on throughout all the day knowing I have protection. Have been converters from other products i have used in the past.

    I don't have significant bladder leakage so can't comment on full coverage but they are super comfortable to wear and I'd be confident that they would be able to contain any leaks especially when they might not be expected. Comfortable enough to wear all the time, don't make a noise when you move and aren't bulky so you can wear them under any clothing.

    Having a leaky bladder can be annoying and being in a job where I don't really get many toilet breaks these worked very well and smell nice...will but again for sure. WA GREAT TO BE ABLE TO REVIEW THEM. I will recommend it to others for sure.. great price as well leaky bladders are a not nice curse of post child birth.

    I buy these as I tend to have bladder leakage and slight urinary incontinence when I sneaze or laugh if I'm bloated. Unfortunately leading up to that time of the month causes me to bloat more so its very handy for me to have some of these in my hand bag for peace of mind and confidence. As a young woman I don't want anything to dampen my day but these help me forget about my little issue

    Always Discreet is very thin that you even forget that you have them on. I love that the whole pad sticks and doesn’t bunch or move throughout the day. I also like that it comes in a sturdy box that closes well and the light fragrance just adds a special touch and feel to the pad.

    Great product for every day wear but the scent of them did out me off a little as when i was wearing them i smelt like a older generation lady. Maybe if they make odourless ones id give them another go.

  • Keep my head high

    What a wonderful product for bladder leakage protection. Though it is super thin but the absorbency is great and much better than many pads. The liners are easy to carry in the bag, hold their place due to good sticking and that amazing fragrance keeps me feeling fresh without being conscious about the accidental leakage. Better than many products in the market.

Mum-of-two Rebecca McCracken has spent the last four years reading ingredient lists on pretty much everything she buys at the supermarket.

Like many parents raising kids with food allergies, a quick trip to the supermarket often means checking labels, comparing products and hoping to find something the whole family can eat.

Bec’s four-year-old son and 17-month-old daughter were both born with cow’s milk protein allergy. While her son has since outgrown his allergies, her toddler still reacts to dairy, making even everyday staples like bread a challenge.

“Unless we buy expensive sourdough for seven or eight dollars, we don’t really have a choice.”

Even then, it’s not ideal.

“A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich,” Bec laughs. “And fairy bread on sourdough is not great.”

A New Loaf On The Block

Bec runs an online community for allergy families, so she spends plenty of time sharing recipes, product finds and supermarket discoveries with other parents.

It was one of those parents who first told her about new JUST bread.

“A follower messaged me and said, ‘Oh my gosh, this bread is coming soon.’ I was like, ‘Where? When? I need to know. I’m getting my car keys and running!'”

Made with baker’s flour, water, yeast, vinegar, oil and salt, JUST bread contains no artificial preservatives, flavours or colours.

For Bec, it sounded almost too good to be true. “When we saw JUST bread, I was like, ‘You’re joking.’ A bread that’s fresh baked but in the bread aisle? That’s unheard of for us.”

“It was really exciting for our family and for the allergy community.”

The Family’s Toughest Critic Approved

Of course, there was one person whose opinion mattered more than anyone else’s.

“My toughest critic is my daughter. She is so fussy. We know something is really good if she approves it, and she approves it. She loves it. She’ll eat it plain, toasted, as French toast … whatever. She loves it.”

Bec says she was impressed too.

“I like it. I like that it’s only got minimal ingredients and doesn’t have the additives and preservatives that are in a lot of other brands.”

A Simpler Option For Everyday Families

Bec tried out JUST bread because of her family’s allergies, but she says it has a broader appeal.

“I think everyone is becoming more conscious of additives and preservatives in their food.”

It’s a feeling many of us can probably relate to. We don’t all want to overhaul the way we eat, but plenty of us are paying a little more attention to ingredient lists and looking for products that keep things simple.

Bread is one of those foods that’s always around. It ends up in lunchboxes, on the breakfast table, alongside soup on a cold night and covered in hundreds and thousands at birthday parties. When we eat something that often, it’s only natural to wonder what’s in it.

  • I am so glad to hear about this and will definitely be on a look out for this in the supermarket. I have noticed that there are starting to be more ‘cleaner’ products in the supermarket, meaning consumers are being heard. We are going full circle back to how foods use to be produced before companies got greedy and started taking shortcuts to producing food items. I hope we continue seeing more preservative and additive free options that are affordable come back in the supermarkets.

  • Grabbing your car keys and running for a bread ?? I can’t imagine doing so for a bread lol ! It’s nice to see that more and more allergy friendly products are being produced and put on the market.
    I don’t agree with the statement that “A kid doesn’t want to eat a sourdough sandwich”. It depends on what type of bread you introduce to your kids. My kids grew up with 7 seeds, rustic bread and sourdough and they love it. It’s also quite easy and cheap to make sourdough bread yourself.

  • I haven’t seen this bread in the supermarket but will be looking for it now. I have been trying to avoid preservatives and additives for some time now and as highlighted in the article bread it difficult to find, or super expensive, without them so I don’t have it often.

  • This is fantastic, finally a bread that is not full of nasty stuff. I will be going straight out to buy this. My son has ARFID and will only eat white bread, but it’s not terribly healthy. With this bread, at least I know that it is much healthier than the alternatives. Woohoo

  • I cant wait to give this bread a go (so far its always been sold out at my local woolies so it must be good). So good its suitable for those with allergies too. I think nowadays were all looking for cleaner options of ingredients in our foods so this is a step in the right direction.

  • I am glad more and more allergy friendly products are being produced and offered. I don’t agree with Bec’s statement that kids don’t like sourdough bread. My kids were introduced to sourdough and the most rustic and seeded breads from the time they started to eat bread, and they love it

  • Oh I cannot wait to try this bread! We go through that much bread each week and I always feel so guilty with how much my kids have – not anymore! Would love to see them introduce other variants in the future – multigrain and gluten free would be superb!

  • This is such a great product that I’m looking forward to trying! I’ve only been buying bread from bakeries the last few years because grocery store bread texture was so dense and unpleasant. But the hassle with bakery bread is I can’t get it everywhere! I’ll be really keen to give this a go
