  • Friendly honest service

    We have been taking our four cars down to Jax for years now! They are ALWAYS honest and reliable, polite and friendly and happy to answer questions. Car repairs and maintenance can be pretty expensive and so it’s nice to know what you are paying for and that you aren’t getting ripped off. When we go to Jax we always feel well taken care of. They explain what work needs doing and how much it will cost.

    They have always been quick to fit us and quick to return the car to us.

    There have been times when we have taken the car in and asked if the brakes need changing or tyres need replacing and they have been honest and said that they are still in good condition. They don’t take advantage and just take the business! We really respect them and that’s why we return every time!

  • Quick and reliable highly recommended

    I booked the inspection early morning. Parked my car and walked into the reception area to let them know I was here. Not long after my little silver beast was taken for his check up which was a very detailed inspection. The mechanic found only a few minor problems back break pads are a bit low, minor oil leak to timing case not dripping though an main drive belt will need to be changed soon. Mechanic took me through to look at the issues and explained in detail what was wrong and how I should go about it. Great service would recommend to family and friends.

  • Jax Tyrea car inspection

    Easy way to book a car inspection and convient location in my local town, meant a nice park work while getting the car checked. The inspection took around 30 minutes. Happy to get the all clear and that the car is in good condition, especially as it being the main transport to/ from school and after school activities. Thank you !

    Booking in the inspection was easy and not long of a wait to book in. The guys were great and fixed my headlights to. My car did fail the rego check, but they also were able to offer a date a couple of days later to book in and get the repairs done. The manager and staff were all lovely and easy going. My car is also now not Making this tapping noise that mu husband couldn\'t figure out. I also recieved an email after the service to join the Jax club for service reminders and discount offers. And I did join up. Thanks for the experience, I'll be back.

  • Peace of Mind !

    I was extremely confident that my car would pass any test thrown at it! I kept it up-to-date with its services, I recently replaced the battery and replaced all tyres and it was under 5years old (purchased brand new). What else could it need ?! I was extremely surprised and grateful that Team JAX at CastleHill were able to give my car a thorough look-over, pickup some potentially disastrous issues if left untreated (such as needing brakes replaced) and detected a leak coming from my windscreen wipers which makes a whole-lot of sense now.

    Thank you JAX at CastleHill for making my trip out seamless, from the moment I contacted you to make a booking, the helpful staff, the knowledgeable mechanics who explained everything in layman’s terms to me, the quick service, to the lovely waiting room which had free wifi and a coffee machine.

  • Easy peasy in and out!

    Easy in and out! The kids loved to see the cats be lifted up and the big tires in the waiting room. We were greeted with smiles and were sent home with a quote of works and a rough time frame on when items needed to be completed by for my car to remain safe. The kids also loved that they walked out with an Easter egg

  • Flawless work from Jax

    I had such a positive experience from the team at Jax Tyres & Auto. The staff are so lovely, held the doors open for me and the pram, and even lent us an umbrella so we stayed nice and dry while the inspection was underway. The results were thorough, highlighting what they recommend be done sooner, and what can wait. They also gave me details for a recommended auto electrician for the work I want completed on our other car. Will be rebooking for a full service. I would recommend Jax Tyres & Auto.

  • Quick, easy and Mum friendly car servicing

    From the first contact, to booking and then having to reschedule my booking , it has been one of the easiest most friendly non apprehensive car serve I’ve ever experienced. It took 90 mins to have my car inspected and upon completion received a clear summary of what needed to be done. Costing and time frames were given. noted that Afterpay was available to for budgeting. A great experience overall. Thank you JAX.

  • Detailed servicing with piece of mind

    This visit to Jax Tyres was exceptional. The team explained the inspection, took me under my hoisted car while showing and explaining what they look for and what will need to be replaced soon. The team are experienced and friendly with this inspection taking 30mins. To know my car is in good condition with only break pads to be replaced during next servicing was a piece of mind. They are my new mechanic moving forward with my next servicing scheduled there.

  • Helped me out with my flat tyre AND MORE!

    I had an emergency flat tyre last month and JAX wasn't too far away. I was so thankful that I chose them as the team was so helpful and also suggested to do a vehicle inspection. They gave me tips and hints in a non-mansplaining way, all while I had my toddler in tow. I highly recommend the team and they were so convenient. I have since used them to fix a ride-on mower tyre, so they really have a vast knowledge in all vehicles!

  • Quick and easy- fit in with my schedule

    Jax are so easy to deal with! They can fit me in short notice if there's an issue and they can even service my car on a Saturday, which is great as I work full-time and do the school run every morning. The local car dealership can take a month to fit me in sometimes. Jax are also the most affordable automechanics in my area. We have been using them for over 2 years and haven't looked back.

    I have been going to Jax Tyres for my tyres and servicing for around 13 years. During that time, the staff has been amazing at Jax Albury. Shane on reception often gives me rough estimate of when I have major work coming up on my car which is extremely useful as a sole parent carer.     The Tuggeranong JAX centre was professional, kind and approachable. I needed particular things replaced on my car and they let me know and was able to get it done on the spot. To top it off I had a baby in the pram and the staff member helped me out with the door which I really appreciated. Would recommend vising their centre for your car needs!

    Booking my car into Jax tyre and auto was such an easy and stress free process. I was able to book in online at a time that suited me. The team were great, and they found no issues which was good because I'd not long got a pink slip and service so I knew everything was fine with my car. I love that they didn't find anything wring with the car, and were all friendly.

    I had the pleasure of booking a service with JAX Tyres and Auto to conduct a vehicle check on my car. It was easy to book and schedule an appointment. Friendly and great customer service. The service was completed in roughly 30-45 mins which was very quick. I recently purchased this vehicle so it was very handy to receive a free car inspection all thanks to the Mouth of Mums team. Post car inspection, the manager provided me with a printout of what needed to be done, all that was noted was that each of my tyres had different tyre pressure which wasn’t too concerning. Definitely recommend booking a vehicle inspection with the JAX Tyres and Auto team, it’s your one stop shop for everything car related.

  • Great service, very reliable and highly recommend

    My mum was selected to review JAX and she had a great experience. In addition, I took the initiative to review them because my car needed new suspension. I received quotes from 3 other businesses in the area. However JAX beat their quote and provided expectional advice in regards to fixing my car. Matt specifically was amazing, his communication and expertise was excellent. They were extremely reliable, I highly recommend.

  • Tried it before and it’s definitely one of the better companies to do surveys with. They make it so easy, the website is easy to navigate and the surveys are generally not too long. It’s easy to do whilst on the couch or filling in time! Definitely worth checking out to earn some extra cash.

  • Purkle is fun! Not a lot to earn from but if you like filling up surveys or voicing ypir opinions, it is definitely worth a try. Sometimes there are survey on music which are the most fun ones and also, these are the ones that reward the most. Not bad to earn a gift card or 2 in a year!

  • I love Purkle. While the surveys don’t award massive sums, the surveys themselves are never long. Other platforms want a minimum of 10 minutes which can be hard to commit to during day time chaos. It doesn’t take long to accumulate a decent sum, and I use gift cards as a way to treat myself. They can be redeemed for grocery gift cards. I’ve cashed out over $200 in a year and a half. Give it a go!

  • I’ve been with Purkle for a few years now. One of my favourite survey and money earning platforms. Easy to build up a balance and redeem your earnings. Love sitting down and completing my purkle surveys, to see balance grow. I use this to treat myself or put towards presents for Christmas

  • I’m not having any luck with purkle. I tried to sign up for it and it just wasn’t working so I emailed them and didn’t hear back, I just tried again now and managed to create an account but then the activation email contained no link to click and actually activate my account. From the comments here it looks like I’m not missing anything anyway

  • I’ve earnt a bit through Purkle and other survey sites. They are great passive income. I don’t mind that Purkle pays in gift cards as it provides a great opportunity for me to buy something for myself as opposed to putting cash away for expenses. But cash is always good!

  • Surveys have been great to keep me awake while feeding my newborn at night but I agree with some of the comments that the time commitment is too high for the benefit. I do not believe i will continue using it once baby starts to sleep through and get through feeds quicker.

  • I tried Purkle for approx 1 year and quite frankly it’s really not worth your time
    Very few surveys and very low amounts paid
    Worst thing is it only pays in gift cards so no cash
    I gave up and just stuck with my original survey site that I’ve been using for years
    It makes me $120 average in PayPal a week without too much effort and supplies the family with an annual holiday without touching the household budget

  • It’s a shame I’m already a member and can’t enter the competition. Surveys in general – including Purkle – can be a good way to earn some money, but just remember you won’t earn much from any one survey. It does add up over time though, and isn’t particularly difficult to do.

  • This is a nice way to earn a bit extra money but you won’t earn a lot. Some surveys time out too which is annoying or hey just stop working half way through. If you have spare time and want to do it then why not. I sometimes do these on the train on my way to work and it slowly builds up to allow you to get a reward. It all helps.

  • I joined Purkle ages ago but to be honest I have never used it and totally forgot that I joined let alone that I could be earning money and points while being at home. Any opportunity to make some money and try to help financially, off I go to rejoin I think!

  • I have joined up and hope to gain some bonuses. I realise it won’t be a lot but it’s good to know from genuine people on here that have been part of purkle that it is a real site. So many scams out there so good to know this isn’t one of them.

  • Purkle is a great surveys site. I’ve redeemed vouchers from there. You’re not going to make a fortune from it but you do definitely earn for your time. I haven’t done any for a while as I just haven’t had rhe time but I’ll definitely get back into it. The vouchers always come in handy.

  • The inner sceptic in me will prevent me signing up! I’m not against a survey, however I would rather do one here and there when I can with the incentive of winning something big! Even a $100 voucher. At the rate I win, it works out better than signing up for this.
