Having a nut free option is so important for a family. And also always handy for when friends or relatives visit and have nut allergies. This spread tastes just like Nutella and the kids love it. It is still a treat in our house but I feeling better serving this to them than Nutella
I try to always have some on a hand. Or atleast buy regularly as it is handy to have nut free options.

We’re fortunate that my family don’t have any allergies, however after my niece was diagnosed with a nut allergy (epi-pen style) we wanted to source a safe spread for when she visits, and after tasting the PeaNOT spreads (both smooth & crunchy), I decided to give the HazelNOT a go. I’ve never allowed Nutella in this house, however my kids can now have a choc “hazel(not)nut” spread that I’m happy to give them. Far less sugar, way more protein, I would 100% recommend this to anyone – nut free requirements or not. Even I now enjoy a choc (not)nut spread. Delicious!

The HazelNOT spread is my personal favourite. I was very happy to give my kids this in their lunchbox as I know it wouldn’t be a problem with allergies at school. So happy we found something else to go sandwiches that my kids eat. I also used it in cooking to make protein ball, amazing taste. My whole family gave it the tick of approval. It’s a slightly “naughtier” option but the quality and nutritional factors of this spread are healthy compared to its competitor, Nutella. Delicious and healthy!

I may be slightly bias with my kids review because I honestly don’t buy Nutella – too much sugar. My kids are always whinging for chocolate spreads and I was keen to try VGood HazelNOT choc spread for the nut free element for school but also because it is low in sugar. We tried it combined with the peaNOT butter and a banana on toast. Both kids asked for seconds and loved it. Was it because they never get choc spreads? Maybe. But either way, they licked their plates clean. Given the healthy ingredients, I’m happy for them to have this in their lunch boxes and after school too. Everyone’s kicked a goal in our house with this one!

Out of the two the choc was even more enjoyable than the peaNot butter

This spread was so good I ate most of it off a spoon straight out of the jar. The kids enjoyed the little amounts I shared and begged me for more. I will definitely be buying this again, maybe only occasionally so the temptation to devour the lot is not right in front of me. The kids however would be happy for us to have it in the cupboard all the time.

This was our favourite the kids had in on sandwiches we also topped our brownies with it and 10/10 would recommend it’s delicious. Spoon and spatula was licked clean after icing our brownies
