My kids (and husband) are happy to take a cold meat and salad wrap, fruit salad, yoghurt and cucumber. Sometimes they get a slice of banana bread, homemade pancakes or pizzas. and this week I am going to try apple oatmeal mini muffins.
Good to have recipes on hand for something different.

Fabulous recipes and ideas here. I do remember reading an article, on here probably, where a mum was asked to stop sending home cooked items in their child’s lunchbox as the other children were jealous. Honest to god, a true article, the teacher sent a note home. Ridiculous I know, you can’t beat home cooking!
